Super Basic copy from Nyfors Data Science Super Basic

This board also added a dos eprom and some dip switch to turn on and off super basic and dos, but also select bank of the dos eprom. So you can flash the eprom with both ABC-Dos and UFD-Dos with in the same eprom.

74LS42 is a BCD->Decimal decoder used for address glueing in 2k steps.
