The schematic and hardware design files were already explicitly noted as CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 in the KiCAD files, and this section is named 'cc-nc-hardware' which clearly implies Creative Commons Non-Commercial. But to make things extra clear, adding a README and license files for a variety of languages in this subsection.
